You will work directly with the team based in India.Experience required: 3-5 yearsCTC: INR 6 LPA + Performance BonusLocation: RemoteTime: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday - Remote)Responsibilities Plan, implement, and oversee CSR programs in collaboration with corporate partners.Ensure timely execution and delivery of CSR initiatives, aligned with the client’s goals.Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate CSR clients, fostering strong relationships.Communicate regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and strengthen partnerships.Work closely with VMF teams and corporate stakeholders to develop and execute impactful projects.Track the progress of CSR initiatives and measure their impact using relevant KPIs.Provide comprehensive reports and insights to clients on program outcomes.Stay updated on CSR trends, policies, and industry best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.Proven experience in CSR management, client relationship management, or similar roles.Strong understanding of CSR concepts, strategies, and policies in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
