Key Responsibilities: Manpower Planning – Analyze workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and align hiring plans with organizational goals. Recruitment – Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Employee Relations – Address grievances, foster open communication, and create a positive work environment. Employee Engagement & Satisfaction – Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans for an enhanced workplace culture. Attrition Management – Monitor trends, implement retention strategies, and conduct exit interviews for continuous improvement. Training & Development – Identify skill gaps, organize training programs, and track employee progress. Employee Motivation – Implement recognition programs, boost morale, and promote work-life balance. Organizational Culture – Foster an inclusive culture, drive engagement initiatives, and align practices with company values. What We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
