We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who is ready to take charge of independently managing client projects, working alongside our team to execute strategies that lead to results.Key Responsibilities:Hands-on involvement with lead databases, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling, ensuring qualified meetings are delivered. Identify and build high-quality leads using various tools and platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads for various clients, ensuring the lead pipeline is managed effectively.Email Campaigning: Execute email marketing campaigns to engage with potential clients effectively. Track and report on outreach performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.Cold Calling: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach and lead nurturing strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar lead generation role, ideally within a B2B sales agency.Experience: 6 months to 4 years in lead generation, executing email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach programsProficiency in lead-generation tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar) and email campaign platforms.Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign performance and optimization.Good in verbal and written English communication
