Your ability to build relationships, articulate our value, and generate new business opportunities will be crucial to your success.What You’ll Do:✅ Outbound Sales & Lead Generation – Proactively reach out via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage IT hiring decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.✅ Appointment Setting – Secure high-value meetings for the VP of Sales by navigating corporate hierarchies and overcoming objections.✅ Client Engagement – Build strong relationships with IT leaders, understand their hiring pain points, and effectively position STEPS Talent as the solution.✅ CRM & Sales Process Execution – Utilize a CRM (LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise is a must; Dynamics 365 Sales is highly desired) to manage prospect interactions, track activity, and optimize outreach strategies.✅ AI-Driven Selling – Leverage our patent-pending AI technology to demonstrate our precision-driven hiring methodology to prospects.What We’re Looking For:Fearless Outbound Seller – You’re not afraid of cold calls, rejection, or corporate gatekeepers.
