You will be responsible for managing Shopify stores, optimizing conversion rates, handling product launches, and ensuring seamless e-commerce operations.Key Responsibilities✅ E-commerce Store Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify stores, ensuring smooth functionality.✅ Product & Inventory Management: Manage product listings, pricing, stock levels, and merchandising.✅ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze customer behavior, optimize store layout, and A/B test elements to maximize conversions.✅ Performance Marketing Management: Work with paid ads teams to optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.✅ SEO & Organic Traffic Growth: Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.✅ Email & SMS Marketing: Plan and execute email/SMS marketing campaigns for customer retention and engagement.✅ Customer Experience Enhancement: Monitor customer feedback, improve UX/UI, and streamline checkout experiences.✅ Analytics & Reporting: Track key e-commerce KPIs (AOV, ROAS, CVR, LTV, etc.) and provide data-driven insights for improvement.✅ Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience.Required Qualifications
