With a global R&D, marketing, sales, and service personnel presence, our mission is to improve the standard of patient care and healthcare delivery by providing clinically advanced endoscopy solutions to the medical community.About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to join our dynamic APAC Marketing team as the APAC Marketing Communication Manager.Responsibilities Lead marketing events & activities approved at each quarterly budget by being the main coordinator between country/region teams, segment leaders, and internal approval processes.Performing post-activity reconciliation and follow-up reports.Support the NPI launch in co-ordination with Marketing leaders.Manage logistics for APAC events for invited speakers, and internal delegates including travel, speaker/vendor payments, and stay by pursuing appropriate processes of approval through the CRM system.Generating post-event/activity analysis to measure the reach of education and lead generation.Supporting sales & marketing team with digital assets and sales collaterals by seeking relevant approvals through appropriate GPM channels.Creating monthly APAC marketing newsletter, and other communication platforms on a case-to-case basis.In addition, also leading the APAC social media campaigns in alignment with Global.Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.Orchestrates all aspects of marketing events, from initial planning to post-event analysis. Qualifications Around 7 years’ experience in the medical device industryRequired Skills Strong marketing knowledge and background Fluent English communicationExtensive experience in the medical device industry symposia management with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Skills Key stakeholder management for internal as well as external.Coordinating with internal teams and processes related to managing event logistics, external payments to speakers, and vendors, understanding of approval processes, and approval flowExpense budget management and reconciliation experience of managing activity at the scale of at least 500,000 USD annuallyLeading internal communications from APAC Marketing including digital platforms and supporting country/regional teams with sales collaterals in line with global guidelines
