Job Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)Job Type: Full-time (Onsite - Work From Office)Experience Criteria: 3-5 yearsJob ResponsibilitiesHandling multiple client accounts and delivering on service levels as per agreement (SLA with clients).Understanding client’s requirements and thoroughly documenting everything pertaining to the project, from meetings, knowledge acquired, updates, briefs and concerns to overall project performance. Bridging the gap between the clients and internal teams by effectively liaising with clients and internal teams such as content, design and tech. Ensure project cohesion by providing clear and well documented briefs. Meticulous project management and follow-up with clients on project updates, queries and ideas. Constantly monitoring and implementing the contract agreement with clients ensuring adherence to the SOW.Maintaining excellent rapport with the client’s team. Consulting the clients with data driven marketing insights. Identifying opportunities and strategically upselling.Ensuring timely collection of dues from the clients and taking responsibility for achieving billing and collection targets. Researching, ideating, conceptualizing, developing and executing marketing campaigns/strategies involving acquisition, activation and retention.Acquiring and maintaining thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business and their overall industry, including industry trends and standards, government policies and anything else pertaining to the client/industry.Essential Skills And Experience:Excellent interpersonal, communication and oratory skills with exceptional verbal and written communicationOutspoken and confident in presenting ideas/strategies with great listening skillsSound understanding of SEO, Content Marketing and UI/UX Design with marketing astuteness. Significant experience in direct marketing and campaign execution. Comfortable dealing with technology related projects with at least a basic understanding of websites, apps, and tech in generalPersonable team player with ability to deal with rapid business change and possessing exceptional attention to detailStrong key account management, growth and delivery experience in marketing or professional services verticals Demonstrable experience delivering strategic insights and recommendations for the clients’ brand, particularly with data-driven communications and CRM programsStrong organizational skills with a methodical, process oriented mindsetDemonstrated creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic conceptsHealthy level of optimism, patience and resilience with the ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlinesA business/marketing degree level qualification would be a bonusNote: Those interested can mail their CVs to careers@ Only applicants from Mumbai or those willing to relocate to Mumbai immediately will be considered. This is NOT a remote opportunity.Applications of students and freshers will be rejected.This opportunity is NOT for those with less than 3 years experience.
