Responsible to attract the right talent and ensure to fill the key positions within timelines.Facilitate exit process during separation.Manage HRMS and Payroll activities.Develop and implement HR policies at plant level.Design and execute various engagement initiatives, celebrations, welfare activities, etc.Ensure legal/statutory and GMP compliance and manage the finalization of agreements and AMCs.Prepare ADHOC MIS data as and when required.Support in timely execution and completion of performance appraisal cycle, coordinate with HODs to determine and review KRAs for all employees at factory level.Prepare and review departmental SOPs.DESIRED SKILLS Should have prior knowledge and experience in recruitment and HR support role in a plant setup. Experience of working in a union setup. Experience in handling documentation and compliance in plants. Strong technical knowledge, review skills and problem-solving approach. Should have good analytical, proactive, and learning attitude.Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
