The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our project to migrate data pipelines from multiple applications hosted on two legacy databases (on-prem Oracle and MsSQL) into Snowflake, supporting core applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc. Key responsibilities include creating, assigning, and managing stories for the engineering team, planning and allocating sprints using Jira, and providing regular updates and reports. Additionally, the role involves pooling data from legacy and new systems for investigation and validation, conducting data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, and collaborating closely with data engineers to ensure smooth ETL processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The daily breakdown will be about 60% of time dedicated to development management, story creation, and sprint planning - the other 40% will revolve around data validation and investigation.
