In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, and driving the P&L of the designated branch.Location -Tuition Center Bankura West BengalKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.- Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives.- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's customer base.- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.- Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.- Develop and manage the P&L for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.- Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
