Job Description• As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in workday benefits for clients of different scales• Certification and experience in Workday Benefits is a must• Independently creates client deliverables for large, complex projects and/or clients; evaluates effort and requests support as needed• You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions• In-depth knowledge of Benefits related security, concept of passive events and its working, Open enrollment process and all benefit plan types• You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success• Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype• You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies• Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration• Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios• Experience in creating custom reports• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and durationRequired Skills & Experience- 5-7+ years of Workday functional benefits experience- Workday Benefits certification- Experience delivering a Workday Benefits implementation for at least two phasesThe pay rate for this role varies depending on level and years of experience and will range from 27-36 LAKH.
