Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - OutboundThe RoleAs a SDR at Emitrr, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a critical role in driving new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals and provide continuous support throughout the sales process.Important:This is a remote position and you should be comfortable working in night shift for the US region. Send us a video message or an email with subject line: {​{Your Name}} for SDR Role at afreen.naz@ and tell us why you're the one we need.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify potential customers and generate new business opportunitiesSupport AEs with account level and prospect-level research.Contact and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, SMS and social selling.Set up appointments where there is a good fit. Monitoring and improving quality of appointments set and following up with no-shows.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies.Updating records in the CRM in a timely manner about pipeline, their stage and more.Provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings and messaging.What you need to haveMinimum 2 years of experience working as a SDR/BDR/LDR or a similar position with a SaaS company focussed on the US market, ideally a US based or US HQed company.Must know how to use Hubspot/Apollo/Clay/Sales Navigator or any other sales tools.Prospecting Skills: Must have experience in cold calling, emailing, and prospecting for US accounts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a neutral accent while speaking.Willingness to learn and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of uncertainty, rejection, or failure.About EmitrrEmitrr is an all-in-one communication platform designed specifically for local businesses in the US.
