As a Client Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our students, guiding them through their study abroad journey, and ensuring a smooth and enriching experience from start to finish.You will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, offering personalized support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Client Journey:Onboard student profiles and guide them through the study abroad process.Provide detailed counseling, assist in profile strengthening, and support university applications.Expert Guidance:Gain a deep understanding of the admissions process for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, and Germany.Assist students with application procedures, visa applications, accommodation planning, and career advice.Relationship Building:Act as a mentor, providing ongoing support and motivation to students throughout their journey.Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Admissions, and Visa to ensure a seamless experience.Quality Assurance:Review and improve the quality of application documents like Essays, SOPs, and other admissions materials.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 0–1 year (freshers are welcome!).Skills:Excellent spoken and written communication in English and local languages.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven mindset.Attributes:Sound judgment, self-motivation, and the ability to work with diverse teams and backgrounds.A passion for creating a positive impact in the lives of students.What We OfferProbation Period: 3 months with a stipend of ₹25,000/month (all fixed).Post-Probation CTC: ₹30,000/month (₹25,000 fixed + ₹5,000 variable).Perks:A collaborative work environment with ownership and growth opportunities.The chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and a fail-fast attitude for rapid innovation.Direct impact on the lives of students across the globe.
