As we expand, we’re looking for talented artists to join our team and help us bring our vision to life.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled SFX & VFX Artist who specializes in both practical, physical special effects and digital sound and visual effects. The ideal candidate will enhance our animations and productions with high-quality practical and digital effects, adding depth and realism to our storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Physical Special Effects (SFX):Create practical effects such as smoke, fire, rain, fog, and explosions.Develop props, miniatures, and physical effects that can be integrated into production.Set up and execute real-world effects for live-action or mixed-media projects.Digital Visual Effects (VFX):Design and implement high-quality visual effects such as fire, magic, energy, and environmental effects.Use software like Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Blender, or similar tools to craft immersive VFX.Composite and integrate visual effects seamlessly into animation and video content.Sound Effects (SFX):Create, record, and edit sound effects to enhance the overall impact of scenes.Use digital tools to design custom sound effects for animations, action sequences, and environments.Sync sound effects with visual elements for maximum impact.Create background music.Collaboration & Optimization:Work closely with animators, editors, and directors to ensure cohesive storytelling.Optimize effects for different formats (YouTube, social media, etc.) while maintaining high visual and audio standards.Troubleshoot and refine effects based on feedback.Requirements:Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in both physical and digital VFX/SFX creation.Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects or similar tools.Practical SFX Knowledge: Experience in physical effects like smoke, fire, and atmospheric effects etc.Sound Design Skills: Ability to create and edit high-quality sound effects.Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong artistic sense and ability to craft immersive effects.Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):Experience working in an animation studio or YouTube content creation.Knowledge of sound techniques and field recording.If you are passionate about creating eye-catching and immersive VFX & SFX, we'd love to hear from you!
