Job SummaryDESCRIPTION PiVector is looking for a Business Development Manager to boost sales in India and Overseas. This individual will conduct counselling sessions to new prospects for PiVector’s business products. This role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills, with emphasis on priorities settings. This is an individual contributor role. The individual will work remotely.Key Responsibilities Conduction counselling sessions to new prospects for PiVector’s business products. Regularly follow up on sales pipeline until enrolment is completed.Manage the entire sales lifecycle from counselling to enrolment.Candidates must be willing to work at odd hours, suitable to client's time-zones whenever required.Interact with product teams to customize product based on prospective clients' needs.To ensure the performance of every student within the assigned cohort is carefully monitored and progress is tracked with planned intervention strategies (Parent Teacher Meetings etc.) resulting in high achievement for all students.Effective manager of people possessing the ability to challenge and lead difficult conversations.Provide an effective and customer-focused frontline support service to students and parents.Should be able to act appropriately on own initiative as well as take directions from the senior management to build a healthy and conducive relationship with students and parents.Skills RequiredExcellent written / oral communication and presentation skills. Must be able to express ideas logically and briefly. Self-learners with high grasping abilityTechnical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.Able to demonstrate a clear and professional attitude. High influencing skills, with a confident, proactive and methodical approach.Basic Qualifications Any graduate.4-6 years of experience in sales and business development preferably in India and Overseas. Should have experience in the client relationship domain.Experience of working in an education environment will be an added advantage.
