Currently a fleet of 500 dedicated vehicles and crew touch 25,000 retailers daily and replenish 100,000+ Kgs units of the freshest produce. Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TPM Manager to join our team in Mumbai with 50% travel across manufacturing locations and handle North and West operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing, 3P vendor development, supply chain management, and cost-saving initiatives within the packaged food industry. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, team management skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with third-party manufacturers to meet production requirements.Identify and evaluate suitable third-party manufacturing units.Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.Perform commercial feasibility assessments for third-party manufacturers.Collaborate with internal teams (In-house manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance and R&D) to coordinate production activities.Ensure consistent product supply and build monitoring systems for a 100% fill rate.Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs.Develop and execute an outsourcing strategy for optimal transportation and logistics.Build and maintain a resilient supply chain model to prevent disruptions.Develop and utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve third-party manufacturers.
