The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, with the ability to come up with innovative ideas and strategies to boost engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will be responsible for creating dynamic content for social media platforms, YouTube videos, and our website, ensuring that we maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create, edit, and manage engaging content for social media channels (including text, images, videos, etc.).Produce and optimize YouTube videos to grow our channel and increase engagement.Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize strategies and content.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall company goals.Manage content calendar for social media, YouTube, and website updates.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting edge.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Strong ability to create high-quality video content and engage audiences.Ability to create high-quality and visually appealing content for both platforms.Experience with video editing tools and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus.Strong creative thinking and a problem-solving approach to challenges.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A keen understanding of social media trends, YouTube algorithms, and analytics.Job Details:Location: Onsite at our office in Koramangala, Bangalore.Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.If you are passionate about social media, creative storytelling, and driving brand growth, we would love to hear from you!
