Compensation Consultant Location: India About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Consultant to join our Global Talent Intelligence team. In this role, you will help drive compensation strategy by analyzing market trends, managing salary benchmarks, and providing data-driven compensation insights to our clients. Key Responsibilities Research market compensation data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients Prepare detailed reports on salary benchmarks, bonus structures, and equity compensation trends Partner with client teams to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers Deliver comprehensive compensation analysis and consulting solutions for client organizations Monitor and report on compensation metrics, ensuring compliance with client policies and local regulations Help maintain compensation databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Develop compensation strategies and recommendations to client stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, or related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis Experience with market compensation data analysis and interpretation Understanding of various compensation components including base pay, bonuses, and equity Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of US labor laws and compensation practices Experience working in a global organization Familiarity with equity compensation concepts and practices Basic understanding of statistical analysis and modeling What We Offer Opportunity to work with diverse global clients and influence compensation strategies Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development opportunities Remote work environment Health insurance coverage Annual performance bonus Professional certification support Qualified candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision making.
