We are expanding our team and looking for Recruiters who can call and screen candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Calling and evaluating potential candidates for the open client requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates received from Team Leaders.Conduct initial screening interviews over the phone to assess candidate suitability.Share shortlisted candidates with details to the Team Leaders. Maintain Reports and strong database of candidates.This role would require to be constantly on call with candidates. Requirements:0 – 12 month experience. Excellent communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.Ability to call 60 – 80 calls a day.Should be self-motivated and able to deal with rejections and work on the requirements.
