You’ll be responsible for analysing diverse datasets, writing and optimising SQL queries and building and maintaining data driven dashboards and reports to derive key insights across the business.Your role will inform key areas of the business with the data they need to drive key decisions and create measurable impact within the business. You’ll support our suite of formal BI reporting by creating and maintaining dashboards and reports as well as support key business projects with ad-hoc analysis.What you’ll be doing day to day: Create and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and reports using tools like Looker Studio and Google sheetsWrite, optimise, and execute SQL queries to extract and transform dataWork with teams across the business (e.g., trade, marketing, finance, product, operations and supply chain) to understand and support their data needsPerform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis on large datasets to support business projects and objectivesPresent and report complex data to users in a clear and concise mannerMaintain high quality datasets and ensure dashboards are accurate and up to dateWork across the data stack to support the seamless delivery of timely and accurate data using ELT processesMaintain data model and metric documentation within DBTWhat you will bring: Strong foundation and experience using BI and visualisation tools such as Looker or similar (Power BI, Tableau etc)Well versed in database management tools and data structures, understanding of SQL & JSONFamiliar with data warehouse technologies such as Big Query, SnowflakeFamiliar with ELT and ETL processes and data pipeline orchestrationExperience using DBT and knowledge of its core concepts and best practices would be beneficialStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong Excel/Google Sheets skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI developer roleBachelor’s Degree or above in Maths, Engineering or Science related fieldUnderstanding of key E-commerce data models and conceptsWe nurture and empower the whole you – mind, body, and spirit.
