Pharma exp is a must Job Title: Omni-Channel -Digital Operations Specialist Job Location: -Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the efficient execution of digital marketing initiatives, manage operational processes, and analyze the performance of digital channels. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of digital campaigns and optimizing digital operations through data-driven insights. The Digital Operations Analyst will play a key role in streamlining workflows, managing digital platforms, and providing actionable recommendations to improve overall campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Critical driver in successful execution of brand/therapy area-level marketing strategy at the channel level. Managing Healthcare Marketing Operations for healthcare professionals (HCP) and patient engagements in the United States and/or Europe. Supports the orchestration of customer experiences tailored to HCP segments. Focuses on channel coordination, content creation, and marketing execution Evolve and refine inflight omnichannel and digital marketing strategies to align with the brand strategy. Lead the optimisation of audience strategies by leveraging campaign data. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, product, and external agencies, to ensure alignment on digital operations and execution. Act as the primary point of contact for campaign-related queries, providing operational support to internal teams. Ensure smooth communication and workflow between teams, removing bottlenecks to ensure campaign success. Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising. Ensure that campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Collaborate with media planners, content creators, and digital marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns. Platform & Tool Management: Manage digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs) to ensure proper setup, tagging, and tracking. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting discrepancies. Work with IT and external vendors to ensure that all digital tools and technologies are up-to-date and functioning optimally. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze the performance of digital campaigns across various channels and provide insights into key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. Generate reports and dashboards that track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular audits of digital data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline digital workflows, improve operational efficiency, and reduce campaign execution time. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in digital operations across all campaigns. Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes, focusing on scalability and efficiency. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital operations comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal policies. Monitor campaigns to ensure quality control, ensuring that digital assets meet technical and creative specifications. Regularly review and audit campaigns to ensure all compliance, technical, and performance standards are met. Essential Skills & Experience Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital operations, digital marketing, or campaign management. Technical Proficiency: Experience working with digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms. Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and ad serving technologies. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness. Process-Oriented: Ability to manage and optimize digital processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring that all digital campaigns meet quality and performance standards. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Knowledge of digital compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing.
