Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleSales Manager at Xeta Global Solutions in Allahabad. The employee will be responsible for convincing customers to take up products like Credit Cards, Mortgages etc, that would benefit them, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and contribute to business growth. This is primarily a tele sales profile and would involve calling potential leads and marketing products to them. Qualifications The medium of this role is in English language and any additional languages is a plus A lot of our customers speak Arabic, so if you know that language, it will be an added advantage to you.
