Job Description

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Admission Executive to join our team at our Trichy office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring exceptional service and smooth office operations. The Admission Executive is responsible for managing and streamlining the student admission process. They act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the enrollment journey while ensuring compliance with institutional policies. This role requires excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills to represent the institution effectively and support its growth. Key Responsibilities: Student Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents via email, phone, or in person. Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and the application process. Application Processing: Review and evaluate applications for completeness and accuracy. Ensure all required documents (e.g., transcripts, test scores, etc.) are received and processed efficiently. Admission Counselling: Guide prospective students and families through the admission process. Address concerns, clarify doubts, and provide personalized support to enhance the applicant experience. Reception Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization. Administrative Support: Maintain and update records, logs, and files. Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and correspondence. Office Coordination: Ensure the reception area and office spaces are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Coordinate with other departments for courier services, deliveries, and internal communication. Monitor office supplies and order replenishments as needed. Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a customer-friendly atmosphere at the front desk. Security and Compliance: Keep a record of visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required. Follow organizational protocols for safety and confidentiality.
