About the Role - As an Executive/ Sr. Executive Sales at Walplast Products Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our Tile Adhesive products. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our dealer network, increase market penetration, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with dealers, providing them with the necessary support and training to ensure their success. Your efforts will be instrumental in promoting our brand and ensuring the availability of our products in key markets. Responsibilities - Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market Analyze competition offerings versus our offerings Formulate actionable strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage for brand Walplast Ensure that Walplast Tile Adhesive gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration) Communicate product quality to clients, trade, builders, contractors, applicators, and architects through repeated product presentations and demonstrations Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast Paints and allied products by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Meet the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative Conduct regular market research to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding Ensure complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements in both online and offline formats Qualifications - Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management. Required Skills- Highly energetic, motivated, confident, with excellent communication and selling skills. Ability to understand the market and convert products into business.
