Strong experience in creating reports with any of Crystal Reports/ Dev Express/ Power BI or equivalent. Experience in full lifecycle project/ product development in Agile methodology.Find technical paths to facilitate architectural decision, debug large code base to find the root of the problem that often includes devices integration & API integration.Highly enthusiastic leader and as well team player - Experience leading proof-of-concepts, getting work done from senior designers/developers working through technology conflicts that arise by determining best fit for the client/problem.Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to present complex design options to customers and get their buy-in.Roles/Responsibilities:This is a very critical Individual Contributor Role.To lead the technology design and get work done working closely with Scrum master and lead designers/developers to execute in a timely manner.To lead Spikes in the AGILE Scrum teams, work with team members to execute timely. Lead technology proof-of-concepts, making trade-off between technologies to determine best fit for the program requirements. To work with Architects team to drive early technical concepts to help make architectural decisions.To present high level and low designs to customersDevelop in-app reports with Crystal Reports/ Dev Express/ PowerBI/ equivalent.To debug a large code base during SIT/ UAT the involves multiple integration level.A Go-To person for the designers/developers on technical front.
