As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our users. Responsibilities: ● Collaborate: Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional team members to identify learning needs and objectives effectively. ● Design and Develop: Create innovative, interactive eLearning courses, modules, and resources using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline, ensuring a high level of quality. ● Craft Engaging Content: Develop visually captivating and immersive multimedia content, encompassing videos, simulations, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience. ● Visual Coordination: Collaborate with storyboard artists to provide visual guidance and ensure content aligns with the intended design. ● Content Integrity: Partner with script writers to maintain the integrity of the content as outlined within storyboards, ensuring a seamless learning journey. ● Instructional Excellence: Ensure that the content aligns with best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles, promoting effective learning outcomes. ● Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and user testing to guarantee error-free and user-friendly eLearning courses. ● Material Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing eLearning materials as necessary, keeping them current and relevant. ● Stay Informed: Stay abreast of the latest eLearning trends and emerging technologies to continually improve our eLearning offerings. Qualifications: ● A minimum of 2 years of instructional design experience. ● Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, or Adobe Captivate. ● Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong organizational skills. ● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. ● Preferred Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field ● Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) ● Graphic design and multimedia development skills ● Experience with video and audio editing software
