Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Seek opportunities for professional growth and development.Requirements:Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Human Resources, Business, etc.). Willing to Work in Night ShiftStrong interest in and passion for recruitment and the IT industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. Basic knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and industry terminology is preferred.
