The position provides leadership duties for a group of 4-5 brand and performance marketing strategists. This Director position entails managing employee career development and performance assessments while prioritizing projects and delivering extensive mentorship to team members.Responsibilities The position demands leadership guidance along with the formation and implementation of complete media strategy programs.Develop and activate integrated media plans across multiple touchpoints, including but not limited to: digital, mobile, search, social, streaming, direct mail Serve as Agency Partners’ main point of contact for initiating plans and partnerships in line with the strategic framework and verify that agency partners carry out their Scope of Work obligations.The role demands managing major media budgets to maximize profitable ROI and exceed brand KPI goals.Internal education responsibilities fall to this individual who distributes measurement reports and industry updates to the entire marketing team.The job requires collaboration with Finance and Accounting departments to create budget forecasts for both annual and quarterly periods.Engage with Procurement to jointly manage the Agency Request for Proposal procedure.The Data Science department tracks Company-Level ROI metrics through its evaluation of brand performance and media results.Provide career advancement support for direct reports through continuous mentorship activities.Develop strong connections with the global marketing department as well as media agency vendors and industry leaders.Collaborate with top marketing team peers to establish best practices and foster innovative partnershipsNinjaPromo develops advanced media strategies that remain effective by monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics.Qualifications The selection process prioritizes applicants who have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or who have comparable professional qualifications.8+ years' experience in Agency/Client media positions Leadership experience in managing multiple direct reports This media specialist has developed comprehensive media strategies for both traditional and digital channels to advance brand-building efforts and stimulate demand.The professional demonstrates expert skills in paid search management and paid social advertising combined with programmatic marketing while making use of both third-party and first-party data.This professional demonstrates exceptional organizational skills along with meticulous attention to detail and rapid ability to respond to actions.Outstanding communication and problem solving skills The professional demonstrates expertise in handling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes results.The professional demonstrates strong abilities to analyze performance data and create actionable executive insights that remain clear and understandable.Tireless relationship and consensus builder Resourceful self-starter comfortable with ambiguity Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated attitude
