The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring that HR initiatives align with company goals. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced environment.Roles and Responsibilities- Work with local HR to develop business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning.- Manage recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, to attract top talent.- Administer employee onboarding programs that foster engagement and set new hires up for success from day one.- Lead performance initiatives, providing guidance on evaluations and facilitating constructive feedback sessions.- Support local HR with compliance of labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge to mitigate legal risks.- Support local HR with payroll and benefits administration.- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic foundation.- A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.- Professional HR certification is highly desirable.- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition with a track record of filling positions efficiently and effectively.- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations relevant to the industry of work.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing employee needs and organizational challenges.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.If you are passionate about HR and excited to contribute to a growing company, we encourage you to apply here!
