Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) - E-Commerce Marketplaces to oversee and optimize our business operations across online marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Tira, Blinkit, Ajio, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing digital marketing campaigns through CPAS, optimizing product listings for SEO, ensuring seamless e-commerce operations, and maintaining profitability while fostering strong relationships with marketplace partners.Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Marketplace & Channel Management:• Develop and execute marketplace strategies to maximize sales, visibility, and profitability.• Manage relationships with key account managers at Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other marketplaces to leverage growth opportunities.• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to improve conversion rates and rankings.• Ensure that product listings are SEO-optimized by identifying relevant keywords and improving organic search rankings.• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay ahead in the market.• Ensure smooth marketplace empanelment and compliance with platform policies.Performance Marketing & Digital Advertising:• Collaborate on marketplace CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solution) campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales growth.• Manage search campaigns with a strong focus on organic keyword insights, ensuring that ads do not overlap with strong organic rankings.• Align product listings with search trends to enhance organic discoverability.• Work closely with marketplace teams to optimize advertising investments while keeping TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) and ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) in check.P&L Management & Pricing Strategy: • Own revenue and profitability targets for e-commerce sales.• Develop pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning, competitor benchmarks, and business objectives.• Implement and manage discounting strategies, including price-offs, Buy X Get Y, and Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotions.• Optimize marketing spends to ensure sustainable profitability and positive contribution margins.Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: • Work closely with supply chain, warehousing, and operations teams to ensure inventory availability across platforms.• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess holding costs.• Track Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) and optimize stock turnover rates.Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all e-commerce channels.• Generate insights from sales trends, traffic sources, and customer behavior to drive strategic decisions.• Prepare detailed reports for senior management on revenue, profitability, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency.Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a marketplace-driven business. Preferred experience in FMCG, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing industries.• Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Quick Commerce).o Experience in running search campaigns with keyword performance analysis.o Expertise in SEO optimization for product listings on marketplaces.o Proficiency in marketplace analytics tools. Ability to promptly upload & update product listings & pricing on marketplace portalso Familiarity with inventory management and ERP tools• Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.o Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
