Use LinkedIn and other tools to proactively find qualified candidates for open positions. Reach out to potential candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, email, text, etc.Document Similar Companies. Continuously identify companies that employ the kinds of candidates we want to hire for specific positions. Create documentation providing information about the companies, the responsiveness of candidates you contact, success rates with candidates from these companies, etc.Manage Job Listings. Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions that match our SOP and post to relevant job boards. Renew job postings regularly to keep them at the top of the boards. Review new applications daily and shortlist potential candidates. Provide daily updates in Slack on all open positions.Cover Letter Reviews. Request cover letters from shortlisted candidates. Review cover letters from candidates who proactively submit them. Shortlist cover letters and schedule first-round interviews with qualified candidates.Conduct Interviews. Conduct first-round interviews and reference checks following our SOPs. Support additional interviews when necessary.Application Tracking. Keep hiring trackers updated with candidate information such as links to their LinkedIn, cover letters, interview recordings, notes from interviews, etc.KPI Tracking. Track and report on KPIs such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, the number of qualified candidates per job listing, the number of interviews conducted per hire, etc.Results:Daily Outreach. Complete a daily number of new candidate contacts. Targets to be developed in conjunction with leadership.Document Similar Companies. Provide a brief of 10 similar companies that hire in the same regions we do and should be monitored for top talent. Submit this to the leadership team within 90 days of starting.Daily Reviews. Review and process all new applications and cover letters daily. Respond to all cover letters within 24 hours. Provide daily updates to the team on candidate searches.Application Tracking. Ensure the application tracker is accessible and easy to understand. Keep information updated at all times.KPIs. Reduce Time to Fill to 35 days. Reduce Time to Hire to 21 days. Increase the average number of candidates who reach the final rounds to 3 or more. Maintain a 60-day success rate of 66%.Positive Hiring Experience.
