You will be vital in producing creative concepts and content.Responsibilities:Coordinate shoot schedules, and ensure timely arrangements for equipment, talent, and logistics.Assist with the creation and management of digital media such as videos, graphics, and animations.Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor trends, and engage with audiences.Organize and manage digital assets like images, videos, and documents.Analyze performance data from tools like Google Analytics or social media platforms.Compile reports on content performance and audience engagement.Collaborate with teams on projects, attend meetings, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.Review digital content for errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and standards.Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platforms through training or self-learning.Pre-Production SupportCollaborate on crafting content, ensuring a solid foundation for each show.On-Set AssistanceAssist in shoot setup and operations to ensure a smooth production process.Liaise with vendors, talents, and stakeholders to guarantee a well-prepared and organized shoot.Post-Production CollaborationWork closely with the editing team to refine and solidify episodes during post-production.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or any related field.Interest in content creation and the media production industry.Strong organizational and time management skills for effective shoot scheduling and matrixing.Interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, vendors, and talents.Basic understanding of on-set operations and equipment.Familiarity with post-production workflows and a willingness to learn.About Totalis:With a thriving portfolio including a 3m+ YouTube channel and upcoming podcasts, we are dedicated to creating captivating content that captivates audiences and drives engagement.
