THIS ROLE IS REQUEST TO BE BASED IN DUBAI.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Managing and developing customer relationships for the EPC Key Accounts in UAE.· Assess project opportunities, implement strategies and action plans to develop and grow sales for BESS, PV Inverter.· Ensures company target achievement for each Key Accounts· Pre-sales support and technical/commercial alignment with clients (IPPs,EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical advisors)· From a technical, commercial, and service standpoint, persuade customers to purchase company products· Attend national and international fairs and congresses· Support and coordinate the offers and technical solutionsEducation:· MSc in Engineering or Business Administration Experience:· Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development/sales in utility scale renewable energy projects· Proven network and experience with Indian IPP, Developers, EPCs· Proven experience to work in a multinational environmentSkills:· High level of commitment and responsiveness· Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills· Strong technical understanding on utility ESS and PV Inverter· Project management skills in an international environment with stakeholders across the globe· Excellent written, verbal communication skills and negotiation skills· Excellent communication skills in English. Understanding of Hindi will be plus.· Proficiency with computer programs/software (Microsoft Office)
