You will be part of a creative team of professionals who are relentless in their drive to stay ahead of online industry trends and algorithms in this fast-changing online world. The company will provide all the means to achieve/overachieve the targets including company laptops, software etc. You can be based anywhere in India but must be able to start before 15 Mar, 2025 & you must be willing to work USA West Coast Time Zone (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST). For the successful candidate, we will also offer a joining bonus of INR 50,000.WHAT QUALITY WE'RE LOOKING FOR?We're looking for somebody who is fierce and passionate enough to be a part of a team that is always ready to set on a roller-coaster ride of building a brand from scratch. You will be required to recruit candidates from different countries.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offering acceptance2. Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders across multiple departments to determine business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process3. Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels4. Conduct screening and skills assessment to qualify candidates via phone interviews and provide candidate recommendations to the hiring manager5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience6. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling interview experiences for your candidates7. Provide thorough pipeline reporting to hiring managers on open jobs including but not limited to: volume of applicants, number of interviews completed, job market and salary trends, pipeline demographics, and more8. Compose, monitor, and maintain job postings on various job portals9. Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary expectations, and benefits10. Complete and submit candidate scorecards complete with interview notes, recommendations to hire, and feedbackSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:1. 3-8+ years of prior experience in a Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, or Sales role2. Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality and presence3. The ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders, university partners and candidates4. Exceptional organizational skills5. The agility to execute recruiting goals with multiple deadlines6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment7. Familiarity with and exposure to the travel business8. A self-directed personality with the ability to take initiative9. Experience with Zoho CRM & Recruiter and other technical skills
