Position : Product ManagerDesignation : SM/AVP/VP Location : Mumbai About the RoleWe are looking for a product manager to play a pivotal role in building Govt. Agency Business Key Requirements Regulatory Knowledge Repository: Maintain through & updated knowledge of the RBI Agency Bank Circulars & Central/State Government Tax collection platforms. Understand how the polices impact the product offerings of the Bank and share insightful analyses with broader team and with senior management. Creation of Internal Policies to enable operational & process changes for the implementation of Agency Banking Business. Ability to handle RBI SSM audit.Knowledge of Agency business reconciliation and settlement process and associated compliances. Knowledge of TOC Claim process with RBI and associated compliances. Coordination with bank appointed Auditors for TOC claim certification.Product Development and proliferationDesign, manage and implement product stack to manage the State and Central Agency Mandates Liaise with respective government agencies in order to facilitate compliance with regulations, technical integration and queries of banks internal team.Liaising with Payment Gateways for Integration with YES BANK Channels and receipt of settlement as per timelines from RBI.Integration with RBI, PRAKALP other regulatory integrations supporting Agency Business.Co-ordinating with Internal teams for Customization as required by various Stakeholder.Ability to run Bank wide campaigns for Agency Business to ensure better proliferation.Other RequirementsAbility to define end to end processing of Agency Business ensuring adherence to RBI timelines and compliances.Structure and create presentations to deliver key arguments, messages, and insights.Communicate efficiently via verbal and written modes with all stakeholders.Experience in end-to-end understanding of Government agency business will be an added advantage.Experience in Payment Gateway Integration will be an added advantage.Experience in Handling RBI SSM audit will be an added advantage,Inviting applications for the role of Product Manager, Govt.
