With Swiggy’s New Supply and the recent launches of Swiggy Instamart, Swiggy Genie and Health Hub, we are consistently making waves in the market; while continually growing the opportunities we offer our People.​Key Responsibilities:-Develop and implement media strategies to align with overall marketing objectives.Design integrated media plans that leverage both traditional and digital platforms.Cooridnation with multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of campaignsManage media buying and negotiate contracts with media vendors and agencies.Monitor campaign performance and op​timize for ROI.Track and measure the performance of media campaigns.Generate insights from data to improve future media strategies.Present campaign performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.Stakeholder management incuding but not limited to Agency partners, creative, growth, finance, etc teamsAllocate and track media budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior.Identify and recommend innovative media opportunities to enhance brand visibility.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on digital platforms.Proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Comscore, Nielsen, Yumi, Similarweb, programmatic, etc.)Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.Key Competencies:-Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Adaptability to evolving media landscapes and technologies.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, colour, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.
