Location - ChennaiJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in digital channels to promote our products/services, generate leads, and increase sales. This role requires a balance of technical and creative skills, with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product-based company, preferably in the cloud governance and/or cloud management space, will be given priority.Key Responsibilities1. Market Research:Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferencesCompare the company’s offerings to competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation2. Campaign Creation and Execution:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital campaignsDevelop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including:Social media (organic and paid)Email marketingDisplay advertisingOrganic and paid search (SEO and SEM)3. List Build and Segmentation:Build and segment target account and contact lists for various campaignsLeverage tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo for precise targeting and personalization4. Campaign Management:Monitor the quality and performance of digital marketing campaignsCreating campaign performance reports and presenting to leadershipTrack campaign budgets and adjust strategies to ensure optimal ROI5. Webinars:Create and conduct Zoom webinars featuring thought leaders and sales expertsManage end-to-end webinar setup, promotion, and execution6. Data Analytics:Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to shape marketing objectives and strategiesProvide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaignsRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing or a related field4-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product-based company is required; experience in cloud governance and/or cloud management is preferredHands-on experience with HubSpot as a Marketing Automation Platform and CRMKnowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)Proficiency in email marketing and automation toolsHands-on experience with ZoomInfo Marketing and Sales OS is preferredFamiliarity with website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPressBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor web customizationsStrong project management and strategic planning skillsExcellent copywriting and content creation abilitiesHands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or CanvaPreferred QualificationsSpecialized knowledge in two or more areas of digital marketing, such as:SEOSocial media marketing (organic and paid)Email marketingCertifications in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or HubSpotCoreStack OffersCompetitive salaryCompetitive benefit package with appreciable equityExciting, fast-paced and entrepreneurial cultureHealth insurance and other company benefits
