The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving demand planning and operational excellence for our drive-thru restaurants and our culinary prep teams. Join our team and become a part of making gourmet meals, made with prime meats, premium and organic ingredients and packed with flavor, for the same price and convenience of a drive-thru fast-food meal!Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for various menu items based on historical data, market trends and seasonal variations.Monitor inventory levels and proactively adjust orders to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.Translate demand forecasts into production plans, aligning with kitchen and operational teams to ensure the right quantity of ingredients is always available.Optimize production schedules to minimize waste and enhance resource utilization.Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify patterns and insights that can inform demand forecasting and inventory management strategies.Create regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, inventory turnover, stock outs, and waste reduction.Collaborate with various departments such as operations, procurement, marketing to align demand planning strategies with business goals.Continuously refine demand planning processes by incorporating best practices and leveraging technological tools for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.The ideal candidate:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering or related fieldProficiency in Excel is a must.Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related role, preferably within the restaurant or food industry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments and suppliers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.A passion for high-quality, fresh ingredients and a commitment to maintaining culinary standards.Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu planning is a plus.
