Job Description: • Event Planning and Execution: Organise impactful events and initiatives that inspire action, foster meaningful conversations, and showcase the transformative power of education. • Community Outreach: Develop and implement compelling outreach strategies to effectively communicate our educational mission within the community. • Digital Engagement: Utilise social media and digital platforms to tell our story, engaging a wider audience and building a connected community of supporters and advocates. • Collaboration: Work alongside passionate team members, community leaders, and educational allies to amplify our collective impact. • Project Management: Lead and manage various projects, ensuring they align with our mission and are executed efficiently. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in education, Social Sciences, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years in project management within the non-profit sector, with a proven track record of leading educational initiatives preferred. Freshers with the passion also invited to apply. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in public speaking and engaging diverse audiences. • Demonstrated expertise in utilising social media platforms, content management systems, and other digital tools to enhance outreach and engagement. • Understanding of and sensitivity to the cultural contexts of the communities we serve, particularly within Goa.
