Role Overview: The Senior Production Coordinator will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of media production, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive professional with a passion for media production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of production, including pre-production, scheduling, and post-production activities. Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Create and manage detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets. Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of services. Monitor and track progress on all production activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Handle logistics, including securing locations, permits, equipment rentals, and crew coordination. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during production. Maintain accurate records of production expenses and assist in financial reporting. Facilitate communication between all departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in media production Strong understanding of media production workflows, from concept to delivery. Proficiency in production management tools and software. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in media production. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel, if required.
