Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Duties & Responsibilities Manage social media content, insights, and analytics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest). Maintain the hotel’s internal quarterly newsletter and promotional materials. Conduct site inspections and tours for travel agents, journalists, and DMCs. Update and manage resort TV channels with promotions and exclusive content. Assist in sales contract management and database updates (Travel Agents/FTOs/guests). Support the Sales & Marketing team in organizing events, preparing reports, and presentations. Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative tasks. Assist in emailers, flyers, and promotional campaigns. Conduct research, draft social media posts, and edit marketing materials. Track sales leads, generate reports, and analyze sales data.
