Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced All India Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for home elevators across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the home elevator market. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, development of distributor network and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in the home elevator sector. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. - Develop dealer/distributor network on pan-India basis. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, architects, builders, and contractors. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as competitor activities. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. - Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Qualification: - Must willing to relocate to Chennai suburban area. - Knowledge of Hindi is essential. -Bachelor’s degree in any field with Masters in Business administration. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in B to B and B to C selling. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans. - Willingness to travel extensively across India.
