Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Calicut, Kerala, India. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, communication, interviewing, and recruiting activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate applications. Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
