We're Hiring: Full-Time E-commerce Executive Pachranga International Inc. seeks an E-commerce Executive to join our team in Panipat, Haryana! You'll be crucial in managing online marketplaces, optimising listings, and driving sales growth across E-Commerce and Q-Commerce Platforms . Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace Management: Managed product listings, pricing, and inventory across E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms. Optimize listings with high-quality images, keywords, and accurate descriptions. 2. Campaign and Advertising Management: Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon and Google Ads platforms. Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ACOS , ROAS , and CTR . 3. Inventory and Order Fulfillment: Ensure stock levels are updated to prevent out-of-stock situations. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. 4. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (e.g., ODR, LSR) and take corrective actions to maintain account health. Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings on marketplaces. 6. Q-commerce Operations: Maintain catalogue accuracy and visibility on the leading Q-Commerce Platforms. Develop and manage promotions, discounts, and bundling strategies for Q-commerce sales. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field. 1. Experience: 3 years of experience in E-commerce & Q-commerce account management. Hands-on E-Commerce and Q-Commerce Platforms apps are a must. 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing: Amazon Seller Central (listing, advertising, account health). Flipkart Seller Hub Zepto Vendor Portal Blinkit Seller Hub Shopify Admin Panel Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides) for reporting, presentations, and documentation. 3.
