Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor at Baba Baidyanath Institute of Medical Sciences and Research located in Deoghar. The Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, and providing mentorship to medical students. The role involves curriculum development, clinical supervision, and participation in academic committees and initiatives. Qualifications Proven teaching and research experience in medical education MD/MS/DNB (with equivalency) in the subject + 03 years as Associate Professor. Should have published at least two Research publications after becoming Assoc. Professor. Faculty working in broad specialty subjects required for UG training will require to undergo BCMET course. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to mentor and guide medical students Expertise in a specific medical specialty or field of study Strong commitment to academic excellence and student success Board certification and licensure as required
