Manager Casting Design & Development Experience Range – Minimum 08-year experience in Casting Development / Quality in Foundry (Total Exp – 8 Years to 13 Years) Qualifications – Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical) Salary Range – Hike on Current (As per Company Norms) Location – Mohali, Chandigarh Requirements – Able to manage casting development independently for green sand molding process. Candidate should have knowledge of mentioned below:  Green sand moulding process such as Arpa 450 & 900 moulding line  Grey Iron & SG iron melting process.  Gating calculation of grey & SG Iron.  Casting defect analysis and counter measures.  Casting inspection & drawing reading.  Casting defects analysis reported during machining & it’s counter measures.  PPAP documentations.  Pattern & core box.  Knowledge of RFQ feasibility & design software (Optional)
