JD- Sales Executive / Engineer – Gurgaon, Noida & Delhi Job Position :- Sales Executive / Engineer for Solar Panels Selling Company No of Positions :- 10 (4 For Dehradun, 2 For Gurgaon, 2 For Noida and 2 For Delhi Location) Location :- Dehradun, Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi Locations Qualifications : Graduate / MBA or Equivalents Operate from Home and Once in a week to visit to Office (Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon) for reporting. Experience :- 2-6 Years of Sales experience in Solar Panels, Builders, Developers etc... Own Vehicles :- Candidate Must have his own vehicle (2 Wheelers or 4 Wheelers) Required Skills :- Communication should be very good with good Presentation Skills Prior Experience of dealing with Builders, Developers, EPC Contractors, Interior Designers etc.. CTC Budget:- 25,000 -40,000/- Per Month (Plus Other Benefits like travelling allowances etc.). Immediate Joiners candidates are highly preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients, including homeowners, businesses, Builders, Developers and industrial clients, to promote solar energy products. Cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows to generate leads and build a client database. Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell solar panels and related products to new and existing clients. Develop a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct site visits to assess client needs, providing solutions, and generating quotes. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and follow-up. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections related to products and services. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through timely communication and service. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new solar technologies, and market developments. Monitor competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation. Sales Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts. Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of installations. Provide feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement.
