Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering - Wind Industry Experience Required - Proficient in interpreting Electrical Schematic diagrams, Panels, Cables, and Component Selection (MCCB, Switchgear, Breaker relay, Cable Harness) - Experience in UPS, Backup systems, Batteries, DCN controls, CT Modules, Networks, and electronic Buses - Familiarity with Sensors (Pressure, Temperature, Smoke), PLC, Digital & Analog Components - Previous experience in Commissioning & Troubleshooting is advantageous - Knowledge of IEC, UL, EN Standards - Basic understanding of Q tools like DMAIC, DFSS is a plus - Skilled in investigating false alarm triggers and turbine failures in the field - Collaborate with technicians and design engineers for root-cause analysis - Engage with stakeholders to drive improvement solutions and reduce failure impact - Field experience in the Wind Industry, especially with WTGs, is preferred - Familiarity with DMAIC cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM, and gate models is advantageous
