The person will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across domestic & international market including SAARC, MENAP, SEA Nigeria, Kenya, Russia, Singapore etc. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, source top talent, and drive the hiring process for the company’s international business.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs for diverse roles in the FMCG industry.Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, social media) to attract top talent globally.Develop and maintain relationships with international candidates and hiring managers to ensure the smooth flow of the recruitment process.Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed to support hiring initiatives.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.Monitor market trends and competitor hiring activity to provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Manage the offer process and facilitate a seamless transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a recruiter in the FMCG or related industries (at least 5 years).Experience recruiting for international or global positions is preferred.Strong understanding of the FMCG market, trends, and talent pool.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.Familiarity with various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation skills and experience in offer management.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives.
