Elevate is recruiting a Specialist Global Talent Acquisition to join our legal ops team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, will be part of a highly skilled global recruiting team working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for Elevate’ s global locations.Specifically, the Specialist Global Talent Acquisition will:Collaborate with sourcing/recruitment onshore partners and customers to make sure that role requirements and their expectations are being met.Use proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to job boards as well as Boolean searches, referrals, social media, and networks.Interview global candidates and track status on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Support hiring manager and onshore partners with onboarding activities for clients and candidates.Support activities related to redeployment and or extension of candidates.Provide hiring managers and customers with regular updates on hiring progress.Manage daily information/candidate data tracking in the ATS and generate reports.Build a global database of candidates and help with CV formatting.Maintain and work continuously towards improving our CSAT and SLAs.Maintain, manage and update the candidate database and conduct regular data audits.Skills for success:Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work shifts covering UK hoursNatural collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across teams to get things done.Results-oriented attitude. You know how and when to influence.Ability to work with remote teams.Experience. 2-5 years of experience working in the Talent Acquisition function of a global organization.Experience of working on various Applicant Tracking Systems.Experience of working on global job boards like Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc.Experience of sourcing candidates via social media avenues, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong experience in sourcing, screening and selecting of candidates primarily in UK (might have some overlap in US market when volume allows).Legal experience and interest in working with Attorneys is preferred and highly encouraged. QualificationsAny graduate.
